| MENUFACTURE |
| Galvanising |
| Pipes manufactured are dipped in degreasing tanks for removal of oil and grease and then rinsed in water tank. After this pipes are dipped in Pickling tank containing hydrochloric acid to remove rust and again rinsed in water. From here, pipes are dipped in flux tank containing ammonium zinc chloride and then dried in furnace. These chemically pre treated pipes are finally dipped in molten zinc bath for galvanizing. After removing pipes from the bath, outer and inner surface of pipes are steam blown to remove excess zinc for uniform coating and then passed through chromic passivation to for increasing life of the coating. |
| Threading Machine |
| After the above process depending on orders whether to supply as plain or threaded, pipes are threaded as per specification. |
| Packing |
| The manufactured pipes are then either bundled or kept in loose condition as per specific requirement of customer before despatch. |
