| Rigid PVC |
| Rigid PVC pipes are manufactured by extrusion process. The raw materials consisting of PVC resin and stabilizer in powder form are weighed in proper proportion as required for extrusion and mixed at the stipulated temperature level. The compound material is then fed to the extruder and die head at a required temperature and then cooled through sprayed water. Automobile cutter cuts lengths required. |

| APPLICATIONS |

| Poly Venyl Chloride (PVC) is an organic material in plastic class having broader range of applications. Pipes manufactured with this material, well known as PVC Pipes, has been widely accepted as replacement to heavy pipes due to its light weight and easy transportation. It has less frictional losses due to which there is less power consumption and is easy to handle.
Rigid PVC pipes are used in Irrigation, Potable water supplies, Rural and urban water & drainage system, Agricultural and lift irrigation system, Industrial & Chemical conveyance & drainage system, Telecommunication ducting, Bio-gas, Natural gas & Petroleum Lines, tube well casing, Open & underground drainage for housing colonies, domestic plumbing & drainage, Air condition & Industrial ducting, sprinkles and drip irrigation system etc. |
